RUPCO has funding available to assist low-income first-time homebuyers in purchasing a home in Ulster County! There are two separate grants that can assist with down payment and closing costs and renovations. A RUPCO counselor will assist homebuyer in navigating homebuying process. Some exclusions apply. APARTMENTS WITH SECTION 8 SUBSIDY AT BIRCHES AT CHAMBERS ARE AVAILABLE

Affordable housing opportunity for seniors! The Birches at Chambers has two vacant units that include a rental subsidy through Project-Based Vouchers. Located at 300 Maple Lane in Kingston, the Birches is a community for seniors 62+ that provides residents with a supportive community.
