The Plus One Home Program provides funds to assist eligible property owners with grants of up to $125,000 to construct or rehab code-compliant Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). 🏡

"LOVE YOUR BLOCK NEIGHBORHOOD" CLEANUP EVENT IN NEWBURGH A SUCCESS

This community-based initiative is happening on September 16th to assist our residents in cleaning their block. Our mission is to foster community pride in allowing residents to have the opportunity to spend the day beautifying their neighborhood, as well as to celebrate the wonderful works of local businesses and organizations whose presence sometimes goes unnoticed. The event will be supported by the mayor's office and contributions are both welcomed and encouraged. 💕
