| | | The Wellington is named one of America's 11 Most Endangered Historic Places Big news from Pine Hill! The historic Wellington Hotel has been named one of America’s 11 Most Endangered Historic Places by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. This spotlight highlights the urgent need to save Pine Hill’s beloved landmark before its structural integrity is lost for good. After sitting vacant for years, this beloved Catskills landmark is getting a second chance. This project is led by Wellington Blueberry, a group of community members who have purchased the building to bring it back to life, with RUPCO acting as developer. The Wellington will create 10 affordable apartments plus a food market/cafe! |
