East End II Receives Statewide Recognition from the Preservation League of NYS

RUPCO's East End II development in Newburgh received a 2024 Excellence in Historic Preservation Award from the Preservation League of New York State

Completed last year, East End II includes the restoration of 10 vacant historic buildings and added new construction on 12 vacant lots – creating a total of 61 new, mixed-income homes plus a community space.

In need of rental assistance in order to make ends meet? RUPCO has Emergency Assistance Funds available for Ulster County renters to help with one-time rental assistance for security deposits and rental arrears.

RUPCO is Gauging Interest in State-Funded Vacant Unit Repair Program

“Small-scale landlords—we’re listening! What if RUPCO could help you access state funding to repair vacant rental units in exchange for keeping rents affordable? We’re gauging interest in the Vacant Rental Improvement Program for landlords in Ulster, Orange, Sullivan, Greene, Columbia, and Westchester counties.

Funds Available to Assist Newburgh Homeowners with Home Repairs!

We have an exciting opportunity available for Newburgh homeowners in need of home repairs! RUPCO & RDAC are now administering the Newburgh Targeted Home Improvement Program (THIP) to assist income-eligible homeowners in the 12550 zip code in need of rehabilitation.

Grants of up to $40,000 per household!

Grants of up to $200 Available to Pay Your Energy Bill!

RUPCO has teamed up with Central Hudson’s Good Neighbor Fund to offer one-time financial assistance for overdue utility bills with Central Hudson. Grants are available up to $200, and payments will be applied directly to your bill.
