RUPCO has funding available to assist low-income first-time homebuyers in purchasing a home in Ulster County! There are two separate grants that can assist with down payment and closing costs and renovations. A RUPCO counselor will assist homebuyer in navigating homebuying process. Some exclusions apply. RUPCO has been assisting Hudson Valley homeowners with foreclosure prevention counseling since 2008. Our HUD-certified counselors offer guidance and trained answers to help homeowners make the best decision based on the individual situation.

Affordable housing opportunity for seniors! The Birches at Chambers has two vacant units that include a rental subsidy through Project-Based Vouchers. Located at 300 Maple Lane in Kingston, the Birches is a community for seniors 62+ that provides residents with a supportive community.

New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) is providing grant funding to homeowners who suffered damage due to Hurricane Ida and who need to make emergency repairs in order to safely reoccupy their homes.
