LANDMARK PLACE RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY

In late September, we hosted the opening of Landmark Place, a Senior and Supportive campus where our seniors can live with dignity. We were thrilled to celebrate this happy occasion by gathering our partners and friends that helped make this project a reality. 

 

RUPCO'S COMMUNITY LUNCH AND THE UNDERPRODUCTION OF HOUSING IN AMERICA

This month we celebrated 41 years of creating homes, supporting people and improving communities with our annual Community Lunch.  Thank you to all our supporters, partners, and friends who joined us for our Community Lunch yesterday! We enjoyed an important conversation about the Underproduction of Housing in America with Mike Kingsella from Up For Growth. 

 
 

FISHING AT LANDMARK PLACE

Meet Don, a Veteran and one of our Landmark Place residents. Every sunny day, he would bring his chair out under a tree to enjoy the weather while listening to the radio, a tradition that quickly started an inside joke between him and Holly Guldy Waterman, our Landmark Place LNP, who would yell out, “Hey Don! Did ya catch anything? Any bites today?”

Don decided to surprise Holly. After getting her to meet him outside, Don quickly exclaimed, “Holly, you won’t believe it! The brown trout are biting like CRAZY, I got the big ones!.” Turns out, Don took the time to make a fake lake with a blue tarp and some cardboard fish.

Thank you Don, for your service, for being you, and for always making us smile!

Ready to buy your first home but don’t know where to start? This virtual, First-time Homebuyer Information Session outlines the RUPCO's HomeOwnership Center’s Homebuyer Program and the path to homeownership.

HOMEBUYER FUNDING AVAILABLE IN ULSTER, ORANGE AND SULLIVAN COUNTIES

RUPCO has funding available to assist low-income first-time homebuyers in purchasing a home in Ulster, Orange and Sullivan Counties! There are several different grants that can assist with down payment and closing costs and renovations. A RUPCO counselor will assist homebuyer in navigating homebuying process. Some exclusions apply.
